Check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for the order confirmation from WooCommerce. Your download link is in that email and also appears on the order confirmation page.
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. If you're experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using the files, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it.
We strongly recommend Microsoft Excel 2016 or later. Google Sheets doesn't fully support the cell protection and formula locking. If you must use Sheets, never edit any green (auto-calculated) cells. See full details.
